When we reached Tungabhadra Dam at Hospet, it was about dusk and there wasn’t much to photograph. While I was taking some pointless shots, I noticed this boat far ahead in the water. Setting Sun was reflecting like gold over the water surface. I waited for the boat to drift into the shining portion and exposed for the glitter to get this silhouette effect.
If looked closely, one can notice the fact that it is not tac sharp and suffers from fringing (due to my cheap polarizer). But I still like the fact that I got a frame close to what I envisaged (though not technically perfect). Perhaps it is time to get a better filter.
